Securing Your Account

Your account security is our priority. Learn how to protect your links and personal data.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We highly recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your mobile device every time you log in.

  1. Go to your Settings dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the "Security" tab.
  3. Follow the instructions to scan the QR code with an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or 1Password).
  4. Save your Recovery Codes in a safe place.

Strong Password Practices

Use a unique, complex password for Loxli. Avoid reusing passwords from other sites. A strong password should:

  • Be at least 12 characters long.
  • Include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
  • Not contain personal information like your name or birthdate.

Session Management

In your Security settings, you can view all active sessions on your account. If you see a device you don't recognize, you can immediately "Logout Other Browser Sessions" to secure your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, please change your password immediately and contact our support team at loxli.com/contact.
